I keep seeing these videos and really need to work on a couple of weeks of low spend menus for myself.. Not an easy thing, I am diabetic so need low carb [not keto] and have a very strong issue with night shades which narrows the foods that are cheap down a lot. Will let you know what I come up with soon….

i LOVE rice pudding – we always called it Indian Pudding, here in Maine but always added golden raisins and cinnamon at the last 10 mins of cooking and topped it with whipped cream and/or maple syrup. soo yummy

    Great challenge Jaime! 😍
I know I must have said rice pudding when you asked for suggestions for rice for at least the past six months! 😘 This is something I grew up on and I started making it when I got married. Another traditional way we make it is with raisins and cinnamon. They really enhance the flavor! 😋
Now here's the big question. Do you like rice pudding served hot or cold?
I watch an Irish chef and she prefers it hot. But her American husband prefers his cold. And since I'm an Irish American Texan, I eat it both ways. 😉 But I've mentioned about craving warm rice when I can smell it cooking. But I love rice pudding hot, right after it's made or I can eat it leftover when it's cold.
Europeans tend to eat rice pudding hot and put a spoon of raspberry or strawberry jam on top. 😊
I think it's clear to see what you'll be doing with the rest of that bag of rice. 🤩
Yeah I can see you in the future when you're trying to drag a 25 lb bag of rice into the house. 😛
So glad you finally tried rice pudding! 🥳 Have you shared any with the family? ☺️
Thanks for sharing another great video! 🥰

Rice pudding is very common and old dish in the Netherlands. You can also sprinkle some cinnamon on it. You can also bake rice cakes (rijstkoekjes) with the same ingrediënts and a egg and some flour. Please Google it! 😃 Its a little difficult to write the recept in english for me. thank for your video's! I love them! 😃❤️
