I just filmed tonight's dinner made 7 plates(3A and 4C) of food for $7.20 in the air fryer. If you want see if can add some of these things in your next $15/$20 challenge.

Yes I had access to a fruit and veg market. However some of these items can be used, not all of them.

12:15 where did you get your tray for the soup pot to rest on? We have crap benches. You can see my crap benches (painted wood) on my channel. So after ways all times to try and make them last before that lotto win so we can rebuild the whole house lol.

Must say I'm going to try the cous cous and veg with tuna. I often use cous cous with morrocan spice and butter. I find the butter helps it stop clumping. I have put 4 bean mix in it too along with corn. Just as a side dish though and serving of Chicken next to it and other vegetables as the 3rd side dish (broccoli for example for it's high protein)

I have the LAZIEST way for poached eggs. Empty the egg into a small coffee cup, microwave for 30seconds. Swirl after 30 seconds to loosen it from the cup. Now if you like it super runny let it set whilst you get your toast ready. If you're like me and like it cooked another 15 seconds max some times 7 seconds.
Eggs aren't going in a pot being wasted with strings of egg yoke, no vinegar required either.
The more eggs you use in more cups increase the time in the microwave. I personally just have 1 egg on toast.
There's other times I have 2 eggs in one cup but mix it with spices, after 30 seconds I flip it over and do another 30 seconds. It rises heaps I joke and call it egg soufflé lol. That's when I'm doing my protein days as no added fats go into it. Same with no dairy, no added salt.

I actually have similar to the couscous dish for lunch often. I use regular couscous and any leftovers from the fridge. Sometimes leftover salad vege or roast vege. Sometimes some leftover meat or a small tin of tuna. It’s always yum and I just use the kettle when making the couscous.
