I found this recipe a few weeks ago and did it twice. As I don't have an air fryer, I just did it in my saute pan, turning them to slightly brown on all three sides. They came out great. Delicious actually. I will try it in my toaster oven next time as it has a fan function. Such a simple and easy recipe and no extra fussing. I wish there was a recipe in the description box so I didn't have to rewatch to take notes.

I tried out tis evening. The zucchini shrunk n not crispy. So scrawny looking. Nobody wants to eat them. The display is deceiving sad to say.
