I always give praise when it's due for any preventative medicine in these dishes, as chefs should know about what they are using before they COOK, This recipe will go perfectly with Tempeh also, There are many clear advantages to using Tempeh versus Tofu, MORE NUTRIENTS (keeping it short) and less bad stuff. There is more B12 (cobalamins) and B9 (folates) vitamin contents. I'm going to use this with Tempeh, its a perfect recipe for this, great ideas as always thank you very much.
