    I stumbled across this purely by accident, but I liked the way it looked and I figured it was worth a try. The hard part was that just about all of the seasoning you used is not available in Australia, but I wasn't going to let that stop me. I had to look up what Adobo seasoning was and of course, it is not available here, but I found a recipe that has the same ingredients as listed on the bottle that you used, so I made that one up. Then you used "Mrs Dash Garlic" seasoning, also not available here, but I managed to find another recipe that had the same ingredients, so I also made that one up. The rest of the ingredients I had until I came to the Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue sauce, which I also had never heard of, but amazingly, my local supermarket had it (who knew?), so I purchased that (very impressed by this sauce, by the way). The end result was a chicken like I have never tasted before – It.Was.Sensational. It was so good that immediately after I had finished devouring it, I contacted my dinner party mates and invited them around the next night – I am going to cook it again. I reckon that I could do it every night for a week without getting sick of it. Bottom line – thank you so much.

    Look delicious, I just took some chicken out today to defrost. I will be making this tomorrow. FYI – Did you know that when using the microwave for cooking or just heating you it kills all of the vitamins on that plate of food. Microwave are banned in Russia because of this.

    Doug I burned a piece of hickory wood then let it smoke inside the airfryer with the chicken.. the result was fantastic.. I had to do it outdoor thou! Wouldnt be needing that liquid smoke chemical no more

    Mmmm Sweet Baby Ray's one of my favorites. Keep up the Air Frying videos, I just purchased the Phillips XL and did Po Boy shrimp turned out great. My wife keeps complaining I can't do frozen foods like chicken and I enjoy showing her your videos.

    I get some folks don't like chicken skin. But that probably is because they only know nasty mass farm chicken. That skin isn't good for you but neither is the bird. Get a free range chicken and cook it skin on, use the fat as butter, and you are practically eating salmon when it comes to health. Get the right animal, raised the way things were done before WW2, and that's why those old folks ate the way they did and hit their 80s.
