Something out of 'New York' without the hussle and bussle of city life.

Must be a privilege to get the NY stamp like the hotdog, pizza and so many other food stuffs wearing the monica.

I don't mind an airfried steak or chop, but broiling gives the fat a bit more char and that unmistakable flavour and aroma.

Melaine, do you bring your meat to room temperature before cooking?

    Cheers 👍🤤😀

My family loves a good flavor to their steaks, meats.
This is a go-to for a great flavor.
Use a large zip lock bag, & be sure to cover entire steak, meat for at least one hour before cooking.
    ~~
Oil: Top-rated steak marinade recipe starts with olive oil, which keeps the meat nice and moist.
    ·
Sauces: You'll need Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
Hot sauce is optional, but it's a great addition for people who appreciate a
    little heat.

    · Lemon juice:
The acidity from the lemon juice cuts through the other flavors, adding welcome brightness. The acid also helps tenderize the meat even further.

    · Spices and seasonings: This flavorful marinade is seasoned with dried basil, garlic powder, dried parsley flakes, white pepper, and minced garlic.

    Thanks for sharing this, Melanie!
    Have a great week. ✅

Great info… new to Channel and from Texas. Did it give the char and crust it does pan frying? And thank you for resting it after cook. A lot of people (including me in past) miss that part that allows steak to get back juices that sweated out during cook… last great joke and feel free to use… what do you call a steak not cooked to your liking? A mis- steak…lol. thanks again for cooking tips.
