Love your videos, always an inspiration. Here in Denmark, we have something similar called "sausage mix" (pΓΈlsemix – that normally is deep fried), but I make it in my airfryer. We add chopped onion after (if deep fried) or with the potatos/sausage in the airfryer and serve with a mild/spicy curry ketchup. In my part of Denmark, you might also see some add sliced pickled cucumber on top π
