How much ketchup, pretty sure you said 1/4 cup. But the writing says 1/2 cup?
Edit: Oops, that question was for the Sweet & Sour. But found out for my sons and my taste we should have used 1/4 cup of ACV and a 1/4 cup of Ketchup. Just made it and there was way too much using 1/2 cup of each. All I tasted was ketchup and all we could smell was the ACV. But that's us, everyone is different. Thanks so much for these ideas. Otherwise I'd still be doing takeout.

Hi Cathy! Thanks for all the great air fryer content. Love your cookbook!! I have a quick question. I've noticed sometimes you use the crisper tray in the basket and other times you don't. How do you know/decide when to use it or when to skip it?

Hi, Cathy. I have this exact Cosuri air fryer. I have found that if I do the frozen fries at the 'fry' temp setting, they always burn. Have you found that the settings on the air fryer are not correct?
I think it's great that you have your kids do a taste test because kids are honest with their opinions and ratings. I also think it's great that YOOU are honest about your own ratings and don't have any problems giving your own recipe a 3.5 because you didn't think your sweet & sour sauce was THAT great and that the recipe could use some tweaking.
