I just found your video for low carb crustless pizza in the air fryer. I will definitely make this with my 7 yr old son this coming weekend. The amount of cheese in it looks CRAZY good!
Will definitely try this when my Ninja Foodi arrives in a few days. I would probably add some Italian seasoning or at a minimum oregano and basil which is commonly used in pizzas for enhanced taste. But maybe there was enough of that in your sauce.
Such a wonderful idea…..too bad I missed one word “reheating” the frozen hamburger. Cheese in hamburger did not melt. Microwave corrected my error. Can’t wait to make it again!

As Cris, don't feel bad about being a "HOT MESS"! All of us Mama's are a hot mess most of the time! But we get the job done no matter what the task! My kids are grown and on their own but when they are hungry who do they call…that's right…HOT MESS MAMA! Makes me feel good that they miss their mama's cooking plus now they appreciate me more because both my girls are a HOT MESS too! You go girl!
