    Hi Maggie, wanted to do a quick shout out for the fastastic and possibly the best air fryer crispy recipe I found on YouTube. Your instructions were clear and so easy to follow! I am using the Philips air fryer and duration at 398F / 200C cooks perfectly; even for my 2kg pork belly. Keep up the good work and I looking forward to your next video!

    Wow thanks for this recipe! Been looking for siew yoke recipe since I got my air fryer.
    1. When you put the siew yoke back into the air fryer, do you re-use the aluminium foil?
    2. What's the weight of the pork belly that you used?

    To get the skin dry brush on white vinegar place in airfryer at 90 degrees C for 30 minutes. Brush on olive oil, salt. Airfry for 40 min at 200 C and you done in less than an hour. Result is the same
