I like sweet n spicy too as I tend to lean more towards the spicier sauces. You never let me down as I've come to expect good recipes and videos from you Kelly. I like to cook the bbq sauce into a candy coating on the chicken. Frequently I buy breaded tenders and dip those in sauce so there is a big thick crunchy coat of sauce, cooked to a hard glaze of course.
