Was it not rested?
what is this song
Probably tastes just as good chucking it in the air fryer with no prep. Gee that does look good though.
I’ve made this three times and it’s always a hit. Thanks for sharing! 👍🏽👍🏽
Mmmm…rapeseed oil 😋
It looks like we need to decide whether to cook the roast or the potatoes. Or we need to give the roast a full half hour to sit while the potatoes are cooking.
Either way, it looks like good stuff.
Edit: I tried this, and the meat came out charred black. 45 minutes of being cooked in the foil plus 25 minutes of being blasted at 200 degrees Celsius without the foil was way, WAY too much.
Looks great! Please advise weight of this rolled roast.
Very nice recipe, can you change/edit the description in the recipe, please? The oil is Grapeseed oil.
How do I print this recipe
Ah man I wish youd let it rest before cutting in to it lol all those lovely juices you see running out as your slicing it would have settled making it so much more juicier, flavourful and tender.
Whoah that's an impressive roast, looks so succulent, awesome job!
Can you do this in an Vortex XL Air Fryer 5 quart? That looks delicious.
Damn. That looks glorious
That meat glaze looks amazing. I suppose you can use it on anything, incl. roast chicken?
Simple to the point cooking. Thank you for not speaking over the food. Definitely a New subscriber.
I did one today and wrapped it with tin foil and it was taking forever to cook, took the tinfoil off and, just had to keep turning it, it did look good. I put in three potatoes whole and took everything out potatoes cooked fast, let them cool cut them in quarters oiled seasoned and put them back in by themselves. best potatos I cooked, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
I didn't know that u had to wrap in foil first?? Regardless,,,,, looks like it worked great!! Nice job 👌
