What foods lubricant your knees
This is so helpfull!!
I wasn’t gonna put my input in. But I have found for my particular facet sometime rib pain it is because of loose ligaments. Prolotherapy sometimes PRP is the only thing that is helpful. Unfortunately it doesn’t last forever and i have to go back for treatments from time to time. . Thank God I’m able to be treated. Loose ligaments are very often missed when being diagnosed. This can be caused by autoimmune problems.
Yet another outstanding presentation on one of my favorite subjects, by one of my most favorite people, and physical therapists, in the entire whole foods plant exclusive world!!!! Eileen's information is about the total body. When I broke my wrist I knew an allopathic approach to physical therapy would not be for me. I was not interested in site specific p.t. I am in the fitness and yoga professions, plus I'm a licensed massage therapist who has clients every bit of 275 lbs and 6' in height. I have to be strong and at almost 65 years young, I am proud of this strength. This said I knew the p.t. I chose had to understand that an LMT uses her entire body, not just her hands, to accomplish the task at hand. Once that cast came off, I immediately contacted Eileen Kopsaftis based on her very first appearance on Chef AJ live, a couple of years ago. I didn't have to drive long distances to the hospital for my p.t., paying ridiculous prices for gas and parking, the wear and tear on my old car to then be directed to a p.t. session in which I would be given an exercise to do by myself, in a corner of a room, to have someone look at me once, for a whopping 15 minutes; then, have the honor of the hospital over charging the medical insurance. Forget it. This was a wonderful virtual experience, with Eileen's full attention on me, for one hour. Far wiser choice for my own healing and for that of the planet. Thank you, Chef AJ, for providing space on your network for the marvelous Eileen Kopsaftis! Great broadcast, ladies!!!💟💟🙏🙏💪💪
Thank you AJ , I really enjoyed your show , Eileen was great 👍🙂

Learning physical therapy, the posterior ligament is much thinner in the low back. Too much flexion (forward bending) pushes the discs to the back. To help, get into extension. Even lying belly down on the ground and pushing your upper body up while keeping your pelvis on the ground (so not a yoga Cobra) helps push those disc's forward, away from the spinal cord/nerves.
Even sitting a lot is bad because it takes the lumbar curve out and keeps it in flexion.
“Motion is lotion” m one of the best quotes!
Hi 👋 can you share the link for the master class for the back please 🙏 thanks you ❤
😊 @CHEF AJ Thank you Eileen for saying we are the best audience!
I just stretch my back out if needed and it doesn't have issues much from that.
