???????????????Hi Kathy, Watching this on the repeat. Ive noticed you've mentioned that you like to make soy milk. Have you ever made a video addressing the beany taste of the resulting milk? I've tried all the tricks I could fine but it still tastes terribly beany. Using a Soyabella G4. Most recently I removed all the skins from the beans which was quite time consuming and didn't make any difference. I've stopped using my Soyabella and have resorted to buying the Traders Joes soymilk or the Westsoy.????????????

I steam the unsoaked soybeans in my IP for 15 minutes.
Then blend half a cup with 3 and a half cups water for 2 minutes. Strain or not, as you choose.
It comes out great!

All the milks are heated when made. I was expecting to have to cook the soy milk in the instant pot for additional 10 minutes but I didn't have to. The soy milk didn't taste overly beany. Just a dash of salt added 😊

Cheryl shouldn't feel bad about the ladybug sneak peak yesterday, she did great. I was expecting it to take a while to heat the water up to steam level. The wheels and movement on it look so good and that steam will super clean. x
