Hi Jessica. I have a great idea for another challenge. I would do it, but I don’t have a large subscriber base, like you do. How about starting a Christmas cookie challenge. Every week, you make your favorite Christmas cookie or a brand new cookie you never made. Your EVERY BIT COUNTS challenge brought me in almost 60 new subscribers, I thank you for that.

Love your content! Here's a little tip to make your muffins stretch even more… add an oatmeal crumble topping for all fruit muffins and you'll stretch them out by about 4 per dozen. I was a single mom for 10 years so I know how to make meals stretch!

I understand the feeling of having the sound of your children playing in the background and enjoying a game on tv, soothing and heart warming. Thank you for sharing your life with us. I always enjoy your cooking videos. ❤

All I could think of when your beautiful baby girl was licking her gums while looking at what was coming for breakfast; was what a wonderful family to be born into for you! As always loved listening to you and taking notes for a few things to try Jessica.

Tuesday AM: I love your videos. They are very relaxing to me AND I am blessed by the various methods you use in prepping. I am continually learning easier ways to do things like baking bacon in a Pyrex rather than on a cookie sheet. God uses you to make my kitchen experiences smarter. I’m 79 years old and still learning .
    Thanks.❤

People may not understand, but I so agree with you that sometimes the most relaxing thing I can do is just work uninterrupted in my kitchen. I LIKE being a mom. I like my work. Even dishes can be a relaxing thing to do if that's all you have to do in that moment. If my husband takes the kids out to give me a break, most of the time I'll end up cleaning while he's gone. It's not that I can't relax, it's that cleaning itself can be so relaxing. I love what you said about self-care potentially looking different for different people.
