I’ve never heard of a caravan holiday- here in the USA I think we’d call it cabins (in the woods) or there are RV parks, but you’d have to bring your own RV I think. Anyhow, its great to see your creations when not in your own kitchen. I would have thought sushi would be too much trouble, but you show how you can make it rolled or in a bowl and BAM! That easy! Love it. And that soup- its my all time favorite. I make it once a week and that is what we eat before meals (I don’t use the potato or lentils, so its truly just veg).
Wow it’s super mommy Ami out on vacation and crazy busy and still show us how you keep ur Whole Foods goodness and healthy and simple loving it. Such a fun time you all had.

Very impressive! Particularly the bit when you ate before meeting family for dinner and then ate again when you got home in order to NOT eat restaruant food!
