BTW – if anyone is curious this is what I sound like when I wake in the morning. Who knew I had to warm up my vocal chords before recording? Just want you to know I'm not sick, just… normal!

The Starbucks sous vide bites 🤤 You won’t see them on my spending tracker but I got them basically everyday of my vacation 😂 And seriously Liz – I’m so impressed with your videos, you have quickly become one of the channels I immediately watch as soon as I see you’ve posted – the quality is so impressive and I genuinely laugh out loud with your “bloopers” at the end 😂

Those are some good recipes!! I had a fail baking a sugar free carrot cake last week… but the more it sat the better it got. I know what I did wrong and next time it's going to be better.
    Great job! ❤️❤️❤️

I am so super proud of you! Girl do you know the price you would pay if you had to go out and eat all that food at those restaurants! It’s what I tell everybody restaurants are no different than the kitchens in your house with the exception of they have bigger kitchens a lot more food storage and a big rent to pay! Definitely making copycat meals at home saves you a ton of money but then you don’t have to sacrifice eating the food if you make it from home cause it’s a heck of a lot cheaper to purchase the food items and ingredients and make them come home! I am absolutely loving these menu ideas! We do chipotle at home, even though I only live 3/4 of a mile from one, you’ll never catch me at chipotle I won’t pay their price, not nine dollars for a burrito bowl when I can make it at home for less than two dollars! We do a lot of Taco Bell and a lot of subway type meals at home not to mention also sonic and Wendy’s at home! The best thing is look all these restaurants up and your food apps look at the ingredients that are in those foods and re-create them at home and save that money! Again I am super Duper proud of you you scored big I’m doing copycat meals at home this week

I agree! We can all learn from mistakes, whether our own or others. . .Your weekly grocery spending is amazing to me. I can’t imagine spending only $100/week nowadays. Great job!!

I love instant pot/slowcooker meals so I am glad that curry turned out nice. Chicken thighs taste much better since they have that bone still inside than the breasts in my opinion. Water chestnuts have a weird apple or unripe mango texture to me, I stay away from the stir fry mixes that have it. We have Panera here in Romania as well, it's called Panemar over here. Pickled onions are awesome, you should try pickled radishes, cucumbers and carrots, I make them for banh mi sandwiches and they are tart and delicious. Btw I just remembered that this weekend apart from fruit picking, I also split cannellini and pinto beans and my fingernails still hurt from the process.
