According to Dr. Eric berg, advanced American medical doctor, sugar cravings come when we are deficient in potassium, magnesium, zinc etc.. and high processed sugary foods cause these deficiencies including vitamin D deficiency.. we understand sodium but not essence of potassium whose daily requirement for us in 4700mg. To be honest the word sugar craving doesn't mean fruit craving at all.
If it was fructose craving then people wouldn't be this fat. Sugar cravings is related to your sweet fast-food craving which contains insane amount of sucrose.
For the same reason your sugarcraving don't die even if you eat a guava or apple infact it alleviate a lot of times bec of acidic nature of some fruits.
