I appreciate your opinion to not accept 'crowd funding' and especially not to try to shove it down our throats…..buuuuuuuut, playing devil's advocate here. Some channels are special, and even though it is your channel, I think it would be nice to feel like I am a part of that RIPPLE EFFECT and have the option of purchasing something from your wish list that you need or to make a financial contribution towards those meals you are giving away.

I love that you started out cooking for your church! I know you are such a blessing to your neighbors. Maybe crowd-funding could be in the future if you see yourself feeding large groups/more folks in your neighborhood. (Something my uncle did in his later years). Ma'am, this is your ministry! 😇😊

It’s sad that you always have to explain yourself. “Yes I wash my hands and clean my kitchen,” “yes I know how to make biscuits and mashed potatoes from scratch,” etc. I get why you do it because people are so obnoxious on the internet, it’s just sad that you even have to.

I love this! I worked in commercial kitchens for years! I would prep the cold food for anywhere from 35-800 people. Like most of the comments here gloves actually contaminated more things. We washed our hands a lot! I would highly recommend anyone who cooks for others take a ServeSafe course. Everything you made looks fantastic!

I’ve watched you for a while on TikTok but started watching a bit ago on YouTube. I didn’t know you had strength issues in your hands. I have psoriatic arthritis and have had progressive problems using my cast iron but I’ve tried to work with it. I particularly love my skillets with a little hand hold on the opposite side. I wish they had them in all sizes. I love what you are doing. Hugs ❤

I want to thank you for doing this series. I jumped into doing this as well. Watching the first one made decide to just do it. We're cooking for an uncle plus our mom. We're doing a partial cooking day for them & also using our leftovers also. The containers from Amazon are perfect.

I understand what you are saying and I respect that. This is what makes you feel like you’re contributing and plus you love to cook. I for one won’t take that from you. I love to bake but I have no one to bake for. I can’t have sugar. My two boys won’t eat any of that stuff😳 So I bake for my neighbors and my husbands co workers. So it works out 😁😊

You are a delightful young woman. Kindhearted and tolerant of ignorant comments from people who are not kindhearted like you. I would be so happy if I had a daughter or granddaughter who was as generous with her knowledge as you. You are understanding of people’s budget limitations and try your best to put forth ideas to have great frugal meals with accessible ingredients. Kudos to you! You are doing a fabulous job. I am not in a limited budget at this time in my life, but have been before. I kept my frugal habits and would prefer not to waste money. Your recipes and methods are good no matter your budget. Thank you for the job you are doing!

I worked as a professional cook (I can't say "chef" because I didn't go to culinary school) in a nursing home for 8 years. I had to cook for 200+ people everyday from scratch. I also had to make 6 gallons of soup from scratch daily (even in the summer!) I was responsible for all of the 'hot' food – the meat, potatoes & veg. I had ONE assistant and she made the salads and desserts.
This brings back memories cooking for the elderly!

I'm sooo pulling for you and your channel. I think you're the only YouTuber I currently watch who is genuinely loving what they do. I don't condemn anybody on here for working to get paid. I mean, that's what we have to do, right? I just find that the bigger the YT creators get, the more of their love and heart they had for what they were trying to do, the more of that they lose to following their management guidelines and creating videos to work in a sponsor, etc etc. Again, no hate for those people because in order to grow, you have to do those things, but there are those few that stay true to their original selves and I so hope that you do because you are AWESOME!
