    RECIPE (5 wraps, 15min prep time):
    -1 onion
    -a bunch of parsley
    -200g tomatoes
    -2 small red peppers
    -3 cloves garlic
    Blend until it’s a chunky sauce
    -400g smoked or firm tofu, crumbled
    -1 Tsp salt, cumin, paprika
    -1/2 Tsp oregano and chili
    -4 Tbsp chickpea flour
    Mix everything
    -5 wraps
    Spread some of the mixture on the wraps and place in a hot pan.
    Flip after 2-3 mins and cook for 2 mire minutes.
    Serve with fresh veggies and garlic sauce.

    What if you try the Lebanese lahmacun? I am lebanese and i am in love with this recipe.
    Ingredients:
    400g-500g of minced meat
    2 shredded tomatoes
    2 shredded onions
    Salt
    Pepper
    Paprika
    Chilli
    1 Tablespoon of tomato paste
    Mix very well
    Then spread it on a tortilla
