What a great looking plant-based Valentine's Day meal! I am so glad that I stumbled across your videos! It came at the perfect time for me. I have been really wanting to start a Whole Foods Plant-based diet and I relate so much with your experiences and personalities. After seeing the video where Brian talked about learning that he COULD change by seeing someone else and he saw HOW to change, it hit me pretty hard that I am pretty much in that exact spot. At my heaviest, I was at 360lbs. I am at 300 now after years of experimenting and yo-yo dieting, but I wouldn't say I am healthy. You guys are a great inspiration. Keep up the awesome videos! I can't wait to follow more of your "adventure." **BTW, I know it wasn't in this video but I just thought I'd put this out there, as a born and raised Louisville native, Jessica is right by pronouncing it Looh-a-vul. (Yes, it was named after King Louis XVI, but we don't talk about that)

So I have been trying to go high-carb low-fat for over a year and I invariably end up hungry and tired regardless of how much food I'm eating… I've been plant-based for 2 years and we'll never go back to eating meat but this is driving me crazy I just never feel satisfied after I eat and feel like I can just keep eating and eating… I'm just totally lost at this point

I started WFPB with Eat to Live about six years ago and lost 80 pounds over the course of a year. It was life changing but gradually old patterns returned for various reasons/excuses and I gained back 50 pounds. I restarted WFPB again 10 days ago. Finding your channel has been a real blessing and I have found lots of inspiration in watching your older videos. Thanks for keeping it real!
