    I use infused Olive oils & infused balsamic vinegars. I would add to that a touch of pepper jack cheese and mix the sour cream in with some heavy cream and pour that over it before the final layer of cheese.

    This truly is a very easy recipe and absolutely delicious. The mistake I made was following the written recipe without watching the video, because it's different. Next time I make this recipe, I'll follow instructions in the video, and will pre-cook the potatoes a little, as the chicken will be done faster than the raw potatoes. Either way, DELICIOUS! I'll be making this a LOT!

    NEVER sharpen a knife near your food. Slivers of metal can end up in your food. Even micro slivers are bad for your intestines and can cause some serious health issues for years to come…don't forget to wash the knife afterwards.
