If you bake a sweet potato with skin on with skin un punctured for at least an hour at 375 you will be pleasantly surprised. After an hour try to see if a knife goes in easily. Easy and delicious

Hi Lulu, I have been watching you and the way you cook. So wanted to give you a great tip on your sweet potatoes and other vegs. If you take a chef's knife and slice the potato or other veg in small rings. then you can peel the outher skin of the veg. It is so easy to just slice all around and it is not hard to cut into little

HI Lulu, regarding a Q&A, you could have your viewers send in questions and maybe once a month you could answer them. Between you and Barb and all the traveling you do it would be very interesting. Like for example:what is your favorite town/city in Florida and why. How does Barb like living in a van in Florida. questions like that etc. I am a license Barber and I must say I love your hair. Janice

I was blessed to be able to visit Iceland a few years ago and I have had that cod loin. It was delicious and yes, like butter. Not mushy, just melt in your mouth nirvana. That delicious meal started with birch leaf soup-so delectable. Good food feeds your body and your soul, filling hungry spots you did not know you had when it's made with love, care and appreciation.

Hi Lulu. I think that eating your way, without sugar and bread etc, makes you think outside the box for flavour combos. These are combinations of foods that most people wouldn’t ever try together in a non-traditional way but I think we’re all missing out! I think I eat pretty healthily but I’m going to try different ways to put foods together with less sugar etc. Your food looks delish!! 👏👏👏🥰

I think it's fine to use your butane in the house, but it is a good idea to have it vented in some way. Ideally having a fan exhausting outside would be preferred. You probably have a fan in your bathroom that you could easily do that would suck out any fumes.

ohhhh Lulu- I"m thinking an induction stove top might be a little safer for you. It's Prime this week maybe get a deal on one you can use in your apt. Really enjoy your content. You are inspiring me to lose weight. My problem is that I'm a snacker and lately have found it hard to exercise after I blew my knee out. Pain is no fun. I didn't think I would be falling a part in my early 60's bummer.

Hello sweetie cod loin is the best part of the cod it's equivalent to fillet steak we in the UK use cod for our famous fish and chips well South of England we do and North of England tend to use white haddock xx one thing to remember don't overcook it it only needs a few minutes depending on the thickness enjoy xx love your videos you are so real keep doing what you're doing its great xx

Hi Lulu from Australia. Cinnamon is my favorite spice so I will definitely try this breakfast out. I don't know if you can get Hoki fish (also known as Blue Grenadier) where you are. It is my favorite fish from NZ with a delecate flavour. Thanks for posting.
