    In Cambodia the dish is called Ka and it’s one of my Favorite dishes. I can smell the deliciousness through the screen 🤤 I would love to try how other ethnicity’s’ makes it.

    In my Taiwanese family we call it "Q Q 肉" (chewy meat) but i think most people call it 滷肉 or stewed meat
    In Chinese the Q is kind of an onomatopoeia for the bouncy chewiness of the fat.
