My dad was from Mexico and this was the only thing he made that I can remember being so excited for. My mom used to make it to, but she did it with chicken because we were poor. Didn't have potatoes in it. Going to have to try this one. Claudia is one of the best cooks on YT. FR.

Nothing against your seasoning but you said cumin, black pepper, salt, garlic salt and then you added more garlic? Wouldn't be better to add fresh black pepper ,salt and garlic cloves only garlic salt kind of overdoing it I use fresh black pepper and salt and ground up cumino with garlic it has a really good taste
