You know we get an oven liner ,it's basically a thick ,flat ,foil that it is a life saver…and we can easily scrub it clean in the sink ,and put it back at the bottom of the oven under the heating coils..ready for next cooking

Dear no need to dry the moisture in fact I'm using water with only oil to grind ginger garlic paste and it lasts for 15 days even if it is in big quantity it will surely last for 1 month.

I have been watching your videos from so many years . I don’t really like cooking but it’s aesthetic to see so I stick to it . Also I would want to know which beef do you use in Middle East countries since your beef quality was the same when you stayed in Riyadh as well . Is that local beef or some country specific beef . Because it seems very juicy 😋 . Staying here in Qatar I am still hunting for such juicy beef from a year .

Shamsheera I love love love to watch your cooking but I sometimes wonder about the amount of salt you use when cooking. Yes I know we can add to our taste preferences, however just for overall health purposes, such as one’s pressure it seems like a lot especially when you salted the eggs.
