My husband and I love watching this series. We think its a great show. I've tried a few things and they were great. this recipes looks so delicious. I would love a sam the cooking guy knife. I look at them all the time. Maybe you could show me how to cook something delicious for a diabetic. That would be awesome. Keep up the amazing work. And don't let Chance and Max push you around. Your the best part of the show. Have a blessed day.

Hello Max, Sam and Chance. Keep up the good work. But this comment is specifically for Max. When you're showing the video of the food, please stop changing it to ugly colors that look disgusting.

You can also after the meatballs and peppers and onions are cooking, add in a can of white kidney beans, 2 cups of chicken stock and let it simmer for about 20 minutes
(stirring here and there). Wait until it is a thicker consistency and serve this over rice. I also crush some of the beans with a wooden spoon near the end to make it a thicker sauce. Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro at the very end is also a great addition.
