How do you fix your cabbage? I make coleslaw, which I end up eating alone so it lasts a long time plus I fry it in either bacon grease or butter. What other ways do you make it, I'm sure you are more creative with it than I am. 😊 And does it really last for months? I didn't know that and have been throwing it out after a couple weeks. Thanks for the video! 💖💖

Becky, did you know that once you wash your eggs they have to be refrigerated and that they don't last as long on the shelf? I watch Walker Farms also and they raise chickens. They said there is an enzyme that is washed off the egg that protects it. They only wash theirs right before they use them so they can leave them on the counter longer. Just a tip I thought you might not know. Love your videos!

I freeze my shredded zucchini in 2 cup increments as that’s what my recipe calls for. Keep up Becky! This from one who is disabled yet not for long! Back surgery bound. 🥳

Hi Becky. Just wondering if this zucchini bread can be frozen and if so does it thaw out totally fine? Its just hubby and myself so would love to store one for later 🙂

I have not made either, but I have tasted someone else’s tomato relish, which was amazing on pork, and tomato preserves, which I spread on homemade bread just this morning. Both are really good.

Hey Becky I have an idea, it might be crazy but what about making up a batch of fresh salsa & freeze drying it? Then you can try reconstituting it & see if it is something you & Josh like.
You had mentioned that you prefer fresh salsa over canned salsa & if you freeze dry it then it isn’t taking up a bunch of space in your freezer.
That’s what I would do if I had a freeze dryer. But I am currently saving up for a house in this absurd Washington housing market so I have to choose lol BUT when I get my house a freeze dryer is the next thing I’m saving up for. Until then, it’s canned salsa for me hehe

I made zucchini bread this year from our garden harvest. We were out of white sugar and I used brown sugar. It was amazing! You should give it a try. I dont think I will ever make this with white sugar again

Such a beautiful view from the kitchen window! I’m so impressed with your garden! Garden flowers are the best AND like you said, they last for such a long time. Thanks for another great video!

Becky why don't you take an empty trash can down to the garden with you and put the greenery in it when you trim anything. That way you don't have to pick all the pruning up when you are through.
