Thank you for doing this. It’s my first visit. Like you, I’m choosing to try and save my life (I’m 69 years old but better late than never). Someone gave me a mini Instant Pot for Christmas and when I finally opened it a couple weeks ago I was surprised. Considering a 6 quart might be better . This is a real life changer (getting a VitaMix was my other literally transformer). I’ll watch more of your videos. Waving hello to my new teacher (you). Grateful ❤️
I made this dish over the weekend and it's really good, Heather! Thank you very much for sharing the recipe. I used 1 pound regular quinoa with 2 c water and it was very dry when cooked. It tasted good but very dry so I hope that's how it was supposed to be. It was so dry I didn't add the flaxseed.
You don't have to rinse the Quinoa first? Also, how does it keep in the fridge? Does it reheat okay?

This is delicious! I used the canned beans and drained them before adding, but next time will make my own , and there will be a next time very soon.
