SOOOO WEIRD you did these. My mom had just made my family the ham and Swiss ones on hawaiian rolls and I had thought about making these just a couple days ago but hadn't thought of turkey and gouda. I used to LOVE these sliders. MUST MAKE.
I love the fact that you shared the fail – I think its very important and helps us relate to the recipes and know things can and do go wrong sometimes. Loved the video. I did worry about all that liquid making the buns soggy but they seemed ok. I think I would reduce it a little bit for myself though – now off to find a good pineapple extract! ๐

Oh i felt your pain when your sandwiches were burnt. I'm sure the burnt tops tasted just fine, added flavour like they were made on a bbq.

I think that crusty browned top would be extra delicious. It's nit burnt, pleasantly crispy browned. Not a failure in my book. โคโคโค
