How can I book a consultation with you? I've been looking for a dietitian who is versed in veganism and have had no luck 😞

As a vegan dietitian, i feel that you should emphasize protein content and how much is in each vegan dish you make. Too many vegans don't get enough protein in their diet so sharing this info could be beneficial to vegans and vegetarians alike
Yummers ❤
Wow,super yummy look
I’m gonna try this. But I’ll kept the coconut milk with gargum.. sadly I can’t find coconut without gargum. But cashew burn the fingers of women who shell them. Never again. Cashews are out of my diet since hearing that.
As an Indian, I can never accept my dal with nutritional yeast and those other things you added. Lentils without spices and tadka are not lentils. In many families, tomatoes aren't even added as tomatoes are nightshades, prohibited by vedic sages but made its way during invasions. I like my lentils with ghee, spices (no chillis needed), garnished with dhaniya (Indian coriander).
Yum! Just the inspiration I needed for Meatless Monday (it was gonna be kimchi fried rice ;)) . I’ll finish with some wilted baby spinach on top. Thanks!
Looks delicious i will try it this weekend..
That looks really yummy. I would add yummy pork or beef for sure !!!!!
That looks delicious
