Kim looks amazing! Her 13# weight loss is terrific, yet she appears to have lost far more than 13#. I am guessing her exercise has toned her body even more. I love popcorn too! So I will definitely be limiting that now!!! And I have learned to say I am a plant based eater rather than I am a vegan as well. My way of eating seems to be better received without further comments. Thank you for the interview with Kim. She is an inspiration.
