Ive been looking at flat tops to join the Weber Grill and Traeger Smoker. I think the best thing about the Flat Rock is probably the most random – The grease trap hole is in the front! Blackstone and other popular models, it is in the back and that creates a non efficient situation the way all my stuff is set up. Kudos on the design!

I like to add fresh garlic, salt, and a little bit of pepper to my greek yogurt when making a savory breakfast to go on top of it. It’s even better if you drizzle all of it with chili oil. 🤤

That tragger is awesome seems like you could cook a lot of stuff on there at the same time which is definitely a bonus but the steak was bit rare for me and I'm also a big fan of your show Abruzzi and the shirts that you make her hilarious big fan

I dont smell before I eat because I lost that sense back on 1997. Brain damage yay but my taste still works fine so totally going to try this recipe. If I could smell still, indubitably would do with every new recipe 🙂

I have a Yoder smoker!!! Love it!!!!! Been wanting to add a flat top to my collection. Blackstone or CampChef has been on my wish list! Waiting for a sale or a rusty one stored outdoors for me to clean up / seen some people on YouTube searching for deals. I will admit, I paused your video to watch a more detailed spec video of this Traeger Flatrock. Watched a video of this one VS. the Weber and 2two more on specs! This Traeger Blows away others on Specs! Now I need to do more homework on what to add to my outdoor kitchen. I want this Traeger now!!! Thanks for the video!!!! I want to make breakfast burritos on it! That Smash burger kit looks awesome! I click join on my wifes phone and my kids phone… LOL! Now they will see your feed when signing in! Plus they will now know where I get the cool recipes from!!!
How does it compare to the black stone griddle?
One of the things I like about this channel is that Sam makes simple things with flavor that anyone can make. And I’ve made several of them. But I’m never cooking a $50+ wagyu for a fricken sandwich.
