Lime, not key limes?
Have you tried to do cooked condensed milk in the instant pot? I normally cook int fully submerged in water in a regular pressure cooker on the stove for 30 to 45 minutes and was wondering how long it would take or if it was safe to cook it in the instant pot.

Instead of using a fresh lime, use key lime juice & it will taste more like a true key lime pie. I buy Nellie & Joe’s Famous Key West Key Lime Juice in a bottle. Big difference in taste. 😊
