I saw the video in French now in English if it comes in Spanish , Chinese or any language I will see it again and again. That desert must taste like heaven.
I wonder if you’d add the crème anglais in addition to the white chocolate. They both sound good. I could make the white chocolate first and then add the crème if I think it would be better.
Hey Bruno, a small off-topic suggestion when editing the videos: where possible, it would be great if you could make what the image shows match what the voice says. The mind has to do do extra work to make sense of it all, when you're saying something, but I see something else.

I like the recipe very much🌸
English dubbed, awesome.
Bruno! My long lost father. Please advise, do you rinse your rice first before cooking this?
tellement mieux en français 🙂
Pudding… Beurk
sei delizioso in francese… ma un po' più digeribile in inglese, almeno per me. Bravo

Thanks for the recipe!
That brulee technique is something I didn't know I've been looking for!
That's better…
Interesting way to do the brulee
Τhe rice pudding is the same recipe that we make in Greece and we called it rizogalo!! Very clever from you chef ,to Brûlée it 😍❤❤
i totally prefer the RIZ AU LAIT name.
Delicious recipe 👍
I watched the French version of this yesterday. I still regret being labeled "not bright enough" to take French in high school.
You elevate the mundane to celestial heights…
