You could add a slurry of corn starch and water to thicken this up. You could also add a little potato in there. I slip it into my homemade mushroom soup for texture.
I made this last night and it was delicious! The great thing was I used all my tomatoes that were getting over ripe, so there was no waste. Any ideas on what other veggies to add and maybe to thicken it? Thanks in advance! 🙂
If you will cut your tomatoes over the pan you won’t lose your delicious tomato juice onto a cutting board.

My thoughts but some people don't realize that.
You could thicken the soup with flour and butter to get it thick. A lot of soups have thickening agents in them.
The your videos but you do realized that "tomato" soup is by nature is glutton free? Still is a great recipe.
