This looks great. A little doubt on the macros. I've always thought chicken breast had around 30g protein per 100gms? Chicken thighs have a little less than this at about 23-24g. Is there some difference with the pieces that you used?
Started my weightloss/muscle building journey about 3 months ago and even tho i was always consistent with my training i was struggling with the food. Reason being: 1. I just moved out my parents and have never cooked every meal of the day for my self and 2: I just didnt know what to food to cook in general to help me with my goals. Until i found this channel. Sorry for the long text, but if you are reading this i truly appreciate your amazing videos. Not only do you provide delicious food recipes that are simple and quite quick to make, but you also always give tips and tricks on stuff to make it cooking/a healtyy lifestyle easier. Thank, you once again and cant wait on your book to release!
Try using an airfryer with the tortilla it cooks it more evenly and tastes better
i love fajitas but always hate the pre marinated ones from store, love the idea of making your own seasoning will make this in weekend, by way i made that cake you recently posted, was amazing!!!

I started recently to cook your recipe and they are really delicious! For me I want to gain muscles, so I have to double the amount of every ingredient. Even though I like your recipes a lot, I would appreciate some videos of high protein lunch meals that are vegetarian, because I don´t want to eat meat every day. Btw the Avocado Dip is truly amazing!

If you're able to find them, I highly suggest Ole's "Xtreme Wellness" large wraps. Made with flaxseed and wheat, they are 80 calories (and large, mind you) with 8 grams of protein.
they taste great, hold up extremely well to being frozen and are bigger than most of the "large" flour tortillas I have access to. I'm not a shill, but I would love to be paid to promote them. Best "health" wrap out there.
