Looks delicious Joe you’ve got to try a Chicago style stuffed pizza in that cast iron pan and smoker oven, I’ve been doing a meat stuffed pizza and a bbq’d chicken stuffed pizza in cast iron pans on my pellet grill for about 4 yrs now and they’re always a hit 👍

Hey Joe, awesome recipe. I like to add a couple minced garlic cloves to my cheese sauce. Its ridiculous and then for the leftovers, take the cold mac and cheese, form it into tight pucks or a thick pancake and fry them in a skillet. The cheese gets super crispy and it is next level man.
