Happy SUNDAY Y’all! Todays video is a “Scheduled Sunday” video where I show you the schedule of everything I’m eating for the …
Do you have an Aldi near you? They have super affordable chicken breast, salmon and keto friendly options
Hi Bri ! One thing I’ve been loving lately that you can probably find at your local Kroger is lemon perfect waters so good with a hint of flavor I hope you try them
Hi Bri! Thanks for taking the time to post twice a week. I really look forward to your videos. Always love the recipes and your hauls!
I love your scheduled sundays and I've missed them. Glad to see this!
I marinaded some chicken breasts in Allegro honey garlic marinade. Hubby grilled them on the pellet grill. I sautéed a bag of frozen stir fry veggies with a little coconut aminos. Sliced down the chicken breast and made teriyaki rice bowls. So so good! I’m sure would taste good if you shredded the chicken! 😉
All your pasta dishes look so good. Have a great evening.
Thank you😃🍷
Those recipes look great I'll be trying a few 😊 thanks!
Yay! Love the scheduled Sunday videos! I also cannot stand leftover chicken. It has the weirdest taste to me.
Great ideas!! Thank you
I love these videos!!! So helpful and always gives me new ideas!
I am having crockpot bbq chicken, 2ID pizza, burgers and fries, and chicken fajitas!
Thanks for sharing!!!
Thank you!! Awesome name btw ❤️ 😆
Good Morning 😃
I prefer shredded chicken, too. For budget purposes, I buy the large package of boneless skinless chicken breasts, place them all in a large crock pot with some bone broth & seasonings. I cook on low until it's done (6-8 hours), take it out & let it cool. Then I shred into portions I need for recipes (usually 2-3 cups), place in freezer bags & freeze for future use. It saves money & is so convenient. Love the recipes on your channel!
Im switching from WW to Healthi. Need a change. Im going to be making lasagna soup and skinnyish dish italian beef sandwiches. Not sure what else.
Did you find it hard to switch from points to calorie count? I have tried to do that but find it hard to do. How many calories do you know your body needs?
Hi Bri…how did you figure out how many calories to eat to somewhat coincide with the number of calories you were eating on WW. My concern with switching to calories counting is that my calories will go up too much from what my body is use to. Thanks. Love seeing your babies.
Hi Bri,Thanks for the inspiration! Currently on WW. But, I’m about to switch to calorie counting. Your recipes sound delicious. Not sure yet what’s for supper this week. Your fur kids are adorable 🐾❤️ tfs
