Are you using disinfected or filtered water to rinse? It looked like it was straight from the tap, but some kitchens have water filters hidden under the sink, or whole house water filters in between the roof tank and the taps.

Ive been obsessed with eating cabbage salads lately, and kimchi didnt cross my mind because my partner is sensitive to ferments. But this emergency kimchi is fresh so i think we could both enjoy it !
