    Thanks for the recipes. Use brown sugar and lemon juice..Sundal in the southern states are made sweet.,sour..and very colorful. Adding sweet peppers..is suggested…green…yellow or red ..adding dry toasted nuts. I would remove the chili pieces while serving children. All look brown..change the colors..adding grated apples…cucumbers drained off the moisture..and squashes…yellow and green…cherry tomatoes For one cup of sundal it carries 100+ calories. Oh! Yes…what to you serve this high protein dish..as a side dish…for lunch or dinner. As a snack..serve with toasted pita bread,garlic Nan..or saltine crackers. Thanks 🙏 .
