I have pretty much all of these symptoms. Unfortunately there are many grains and plant oils that can also cause these symptoms. The only way I have found to eliminate them all is to go grain, oil, sugar free. Basically a keto diet without the use of all of the keto products. But that is so super restrictive that I simply can’t keep it up long term. So I settle for gluten free and try the best I can. Unfortunately my family all eats gluten so no matter what there is always cross contamination in my house.

I’m going on this 28 day challenge. Cutting out dairy, processed food, added sugar, and gluten. At the end of the challenge I’ll gradually add them back into my diet (one by one), to see if I have an sensitivities. Also just seeing how my energy levels are, etc. I went to the grocery store and they have very limited options. Plus they’re double the price! I guess I’ll just be drinking almond milk and eating lettuce 😂
I do abs keratosis Polaris (on my arms) and a few ibs symptoms (which I just brush off as normal things).

In the past year or so, I have found out I had H.S. For over 50 years. Then I started having a leaky gut, I break out in rashes everyday. I’m depressed occasionally, I have brain fog, and many more . What kind of doctor should I see that can help me with my problems. Please help!

Thanks u guys. Gave me a lot of hope in what I’m going thru right now. I had an endoscopy done recently and I’m waiting for the results. I have a lot of these same symptoms so I’m slowly cutting out gluten until my results come in
