If I was a teacher in cooking class and showed them this video:
Alright class, so you can actually make this for breakfast yourself! Please raise your hand if you have the energy or time to do one of these.

I have made two of these for years! I have 'banana toast' around 3 times a week. It's probably the easiest and most realistic thing on here. I mean, it's just toast with choice of topping. Mine are butter, peanut butter, and banana slices. Takes five minutes, tops! I've also made muffins and coffee cake before, obviously. Ah, those are from scratch, not box mixes. Takes ten min for prep and then bake time so it's not anywhere near quick but once made it lasts around three days. I've given up on banana bread because it comes out granular for some reason. And the oat muffins…just skip it and do drop cookies. Oats can be eaten without baking them just fine so as long as you do not add eggs any porridge mixture is fine for a quick meal. I did think the french toast sausage wrap was interesting. I would not just pour syrup on it and grab it in my hand, I think that would squish it and possibly hurt your hand if the sausage is still hot, but…sounds edible at least.

Okay, so i made the banana pancakes…
    And lemme just say that
** you can't make pancakes with only banana and eggs**
it was mush in the pan and after i added in some flour and baking powder they turned into the pancakes that you present in the video
Im not surprised that some of these "easy" recipes are missing ingredients that they dont tell you about
