New subscriber here! Just found your channel today and am trying not to binge watch… LOL! Your videos are so good! Cannot wait to get a ricer and try these! On another "note," (no pun intended), I love to share my God-given musical gifts with others… click on my face for beautiful instrumental piano music I composed and play myself! We all know music and great food are two of life's greatest gifts! ENJOY and have a glorious day, everyone! Much peace and love from my heart to yours!!!

Well these look perfect. I'm pretty easy to please but haven't been 100% satisfied with mine (there's always a soy or almond taste from the milk I've used, and though I love both in most things, not in potatoes so much). Even though Thanksgiving was yesterday, I'm going to get a ricer and try these!

I have a question- can you make these and then put them in a baking tray and bake them or will they be yucky and dry out? We are traveling this year for thanksgiving and gathering in a very small space that I think will be competitive for cooking spaces. Any ideas?

VERY well done video, excellent job!! If you don't mind me asking a non-recipe related question: what do you use and recommend in terms of lighting, in the video that you recorded? Thanks again, looking forward for additional tasty recipes!

Great tips! I'll try mixing both types next time. I posted a mashed potato recipe last month that I made with celery and turmeric, it was SO good. It was more on the healthier side – I kept it oil-free, but it was still fluffy and delicious! 🙂
