Next time I visit, I need to try yakisoba again, the place I had it was very "touristy". I'm certain it's even more delicious at a non-tourist location. Tempura and yakiniku I love, and since the hotel was in Osaka, we had to try takoyaki which were awesome. Unagi was a bit strong for my taste, I'm still learning to like "fish" flavor. Oh, and udon so good I'm ruined for what I can get in the U.S. My brother plans to come along on the next visit just for the udon. 551 Hori seemed like the Japanese equivalent of "fast food", but was much tastier. Okonomiyaki and omurice are the 2 dishes I really want to try next time.
