Looks good. I find that a whisk works much better than a spatula or wooden spoon when blending the milk into the flour, doesn't clump up if you stir as you slowly add the milk.

Too much pasta for sauce. Otherwise. I want to cook this recipe! If you are cooking gluten free, I would double the sauce and half the pasta. Gluten free pasta soaks up double the sauce.
