    This video was such a great kick in the pants and is making me reflect on my daily habits and how I want to improve them even more! It’s definitely those small daily habits that can just make a world of difference in your life and lifestyle- I really believe in ‘The Compound Effect’ that I’ve heard/read through Darren Hardy where small daily habits lead to exponential growth and change. The body brush idea is so intriguing! For myself I really need/love my face skincare routine with a great cleanser to refresh myself sometimes I just give my face a good wash in the middle of the day to feel revived and like I have a clean slate (and a clean face lol). Keep the videos coming Kerry!

    I definitely need to try and dry brush every day, I do it whenever I remember but I'm not seeing as many results as I did when I used to do it everyday! I definitely struggle with cellulite and want to to try and help it as much as possible!

    Hi Kerry, Not sure if you already do it, but if you keep your phone in your room at night, just pop it into flight mode. Otherwise, even if you turn off the wifi connection on your phone, it still gives off radiation. Lots of love and thanks for the video xx

    So this video is really about promoting that overpriced energy drink. If you want a healthy lifestyle and regular healthy bowels, heart and body etc the best thing you could do is to switch to a whole food plant based diet. Your arteries will thank you for cutting out all that saturated fat and carcinogenic processed meat.

    Thank you Kerry I am all for living healthily. I make almost everything from scratch. So many products have vegetable oil in them which is very bad, even protein bars. I make my own and they taste wonderful and full of wholesome ingredients. I take pride in looking after myself and my family. Thank you for your tips 💕

    My habits, a Whole Food Plant Based way of eating, no animal products whatsoever (no dairy ) and lots of Fibre from veggies and fruits. The Fibre + zero Dairy is KEY to being regular, truly!

    The tongue scraper is a great tip. Worth mentioning that good quality stainless steel one like you showed does not easily trigger gag reflex, good news cuz for best effect you need to get to back of tongue👍
