    The pineapple casserole is delicious. It is better if the tidbits are used. Put the Ritz in a Ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin. The chunkier the Ritz the better.
    Corn casserole is a great one also.

    The pineapple casserole is an old recipe. My grandma-in-law made this for us back in the early 1970s and she used crushed pineapple. Try the recipe for Johhny Rivers Smokehouse Greens, they are very good.

    Pee-Can is NOT the correct way to say pecan, just because some southerners pronounce it that way (oddly enough the same way they do in England) doesn't mean that is the correct way. Puhcan is the correct way as it is a Native American word and I'd like to add the Pecan tree is native to my area NOT the area of south that says it like a can grandma takes a leak in when shes camping…
