On Thanksgiving I’m going to eat any and everything. I know I have overcame many obstacles. And I will overcome this one. One thing that was not explain that I believe it’s a great idea for anyone that’s eating holiday Thanksgiving food is to take in lots of fiber to kick everything out as quick as I can with lots of water. But I will agree the next day you should try to fast for as long as you can. Or at least up to 18 hours. And I believe that should help. One thing I don’t want to do to come to a party infield reserve I do not want to offend anyone I understand what it is it’s Thanksgiving. I’m willing to try any and everything understanding understanding what I am going to do afterwards. Most of the time at Thanksgiving when family put out salads most people are not going to eat the salad so I will put lots of salad on my plate as well. Happy eating. Enjoy

I love having delicious ketovore Thanksgivings. I don’t miss the old days of feeling run down and like I’m in a food coma after all the traditional holiday carbs. Now I can stuff my face with keto Thanksgiving foods to my heart’s content and still feel amazing after.

I wasn’t that hungry Bc I had a carnivore breakfast so I just had a small amount of what I wanted Even a small piece of pumpkin 🎃 pie.
I didn’t mention anything & no one noticed! Didn’t feel over stuffed like I usually have in the past.

I used several of these tips yesterday. I also find that even though I allowed myself some potatoes, I did not have an inflammatory response at all so far. Also allowed myself a tiny bit of sweets (not used to the intensity of the sweetness anymore!). It's now over 25 hours after the meal ended, and I'm breaking my fast at Chili's on the 6 hour drive home. 10 Oz sirloin topped with grilled avocado and Pico de Gallo, with grilled asparagus and a side of bacon. This'll be my only meal today. Thanks, Doc, for the help!

Dr. Berry I wanted to thank you for your channel and advice. I have dropped my A1C from high of 6.7 a couple years ago to a score this week 5.8 using Keto. I have also lost at least 30 pounds using Keto and intermittent fasting. I am feeling better and my joints don't ache as much. Thanks again, Jeff

I feel great about how I ate last night. No stuffing myself full of crap. Just a small portion of food and just a tiny bit of snacking on good stuff. I didn’t even eat dessert. It felt so natural. Everyone else stuffed themselves to death. They were all miserable. I feel so good about my own choices.
