My family loves meatballs a lot! I never knew there were so many different ways of making them. Looks so yummy! Btw Cathrine, if I haven't already told you, my kids and I made your recipe for Enchiritos! Omg so very good! As a matter of fact, my daughter said they tasted just like what you'd get from an Authentic Mexican Restaurant if not better! I agreed with her! We added some Spanish rice inside ours which made them just as delicious! We are adding that recipe into ghe rotstion of dinners.

I have the recipe for Dr. Pepper meat balls that are just as good if not better. BUT I can't eat ANY beef in ANY form because of Gout. So everything I make with chicken or turkey. Guess what, I can't stand the smell sometimes of beef. Growing up in my teenage years Dad would have steaks on the grill, ribs and chicken. But he loved more beef meals. We ate what was made NOT WHAT WE WANTED. These kids today are just spoiled rotten. But, anyway will try the other ones in turkey first, my favorite, and then chicken, or maybe Mild Italian Sausage.

I've been making porcupines in tomato soup, cooked in the oven, for years. The only reason I've stopped is because I lost my husband and son who were my best appreciators!. My friend makes hers in mushroom soup. Love your homestyle cooking. Keep up the great work!
